Who We Are
The Idaho Apartment Association (IAA) is a trade association representing the multifamily housing industry in the state of Idaho. IAA is the official affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA) in the state of Idaho. The IAA hosts cutting edge education and training programs and networking opportunities, guides the industry in the legislative arena, and encourages meaningful partnerships within the community. Our goal is to be a credible and reliable source of information and training to all owners of apartment homes, large or small, and their partners.

The recognized leader and voice dedicated to serving the needs of the apartment industry through advocacy, education and networking.
Our Members
Our membership currently represents companies who own/manage over 20,000 apartments homes, and businesses who support their efforts by providing products and services to the industry. Our member companies range from owners of single family homes to the largest publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts. Our goal is to be a credible and reliable source of information and training to all owners of apartment homes, large or small.
