Professional Bio

I started working in the multifamily industry in 2005 as a property manager and leasing agent. In 2008, I started working for CBW Properties, having worked as a Resident Manager, Senior Resident Manager, and Regional Property Manager. In those capacities, I've been awarded Property Manager of the year, Regional Manager of the year, and Humanitarian of the year.
I started volunteering in the Idaho Apartment Association in 2018. I joined committees in 2019 and continue. I have been on the board for a few years and am currently the Vice President. I continue to learn a lot from with those I serve.
I started participating at National Apartment Association events in 2021 and earned my CAM credential with NAA in 2021. In 2023, I was chosen as the Region 7 candidate for NAA’s Leadership Lyceum Program, with 34 other folks across the nation.
I have served on National committees, starting in 2022. I was part of the NAAGives Committee for two years. I am passionate about volunteering in our community and have volunteered with at least 4 different organizations a year since I was a teenager. Some of my favorites have been working with siblings of children with cancer at the MSTI Cancer institute, being a Special Olympics Coach, Edgewood Senior Living Center putting on Easter Egg hunts for the neighboring elementary 3rd graders and the seniors together, and in many capacities with St. Vincent DePaul.
In 2024, I started the IAAGives Committee and have enjoyed volunteering with my colleagues in the IAA.
