Landscape Troubleshooting & Preventative Maintenance

This educational session is designed specifically for on-site apartment maintenance teams and focuses on practical landscaping troubleshooting and preventative maintenance techniques.

Maintenance technicians are often the first to identify landscape issues within their communities. This training will provide practical guidance on identifying common irrigation and landscape problems, performing simple adjustments, and understanding when contractor intervention may be required.

The goal of the session is to help maintenance teams prevent small landscape issues from turning into costly repairs, while also helping them better understand how to evaluate the work being performed by landscaping vendors. The presentation will include real-world examples, hands-on explanations of irrigation components, and practical tools that attendees can immediately apply at their properties.
