Jordan Brooks is the Director of Market Analytics at ALN Apartment Data, he leads the evaluation of market trends and industry outlook on a national scale; responsible for creating client and public-facing analytic content in various formats, including written, audio-visual, and public speaking engagements. Additionally, Jordan conducts internal data analysis to support business operations.

Prior to this position, Jordan was the Senior Market Analyst and Market Analyst for a combined 12 years of experience at ALN Apartment Data. Jordan has a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Bachelor’s in Marketing from West Texas A&M University, and a Real Estate Financial Analytics Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jordan will give an update on the Multi-Family Housing Industry during the morning session.
