2026 Education Conference and Trade Show Recap
The curtain has officially closed on the 2026 Idaho Apartment Association’s Education Conference & Trade Show – The Greatest Showman. This year’s event brought together professionals from across Idaho’s multifamily housing industry for a full day of education, networking, innovation, and community connection.
Held on April 22, 2026, the Boise Centre was buzzing from the moment doors opened. Attendees enjoyed a packed schedule of national and local speakers, explored a vibrant tradeshow floor, and connected with the 65 fully sold‑out exhibitor booths—a milestone that made this the largest event in nearly a decade.
This year also introduced a brand‑new highlight: the post‑event reception from 4:30–6:00PM, sponsored by Kennedy Wilson giving attendees and suppliers even more time to build relationships and celebrate a successful day.
