Over the next few weeks, we will be highlighting all of our speakers for the Education Conference and Tradeshow on Wednesday, Aprill 22.

Teo Nicolais, CRE, President at Nicolais, LCC, Lecturer in Urban Planning and Design, Harvard University.

Teo holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College.
He is a Lecturer in Urban Planning and Design at Harvard University. His real estate courses are among the most popular at Harvard, drawing over 8,300 students to date.
Teo is the founder of a multifamily investment firm and is one of only 17 professionals worldwide to simultaneously hold three top industry designations: Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM), each representing a distinct area of real estate expertise. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association as the Region 8 RVP.

Teo will be presenting during two breakout sessions. The first will cover Governmental Affairs topics in the multi-family housing industry; and the second breakout session Teo will discuss, “Longer Lives, Fewer Babies,” how overall population numbers are affecting the multi-family housing industry.
